From our two offices in Hampshire and Surrey, we offer flexible meeting facilities to local businesses, charities, community organisations, and public sector bodies.

Take the A339 (Alton to Basingstoke road), turn off by the church opposite Herriard Saw Mills, continue straight ahead, over the cattle grid, then turn right and right again into our car park.
Surrey

From the A30 Staines Junction, or M25 Junction 13, take the B388 exit to High Street to the left of Burger King. Our building is on the right hand side about 300 metres along, next to the White Lion pub. There is plenty of parking opposite.
Our facilities
Black and White’s meeting rooms are housed within our attractively-styled office premises based in Herriard in Hampshire and Egham in Surrey.
We offer casual room hire (short-term and one-off basis) to businesses, charities, public sector organisations, and community-focused organisation in easy-to-reach locations both of which provide clients and their delegates with substantial parking close by.
Clients hire our meeting rooms for AGMs, training days, meetings, and conferences.
Using trusted and experienced outside caterers, we can arrange a complete food and drink service including refreshments and buffet packages for you and your delegates.

Refreshments
For events not using an outside caterer, we are happy to provide you and your delegates with tea, coffee, and biscuits.
Packages
Meeting rooms are available for hire on either a day-rate or a half-day-rate basis.
Connectivity
Free wi-fi is available about both of our locations.
A/V equipment
Clients are invited to use the company’s audio visual equipment when hiring rooms including a laptop, data projector, flat screen television (with Blu-ray/DVD players and USB/DVI/HDMI ports), flipchart, and pens.
