Welcome Evinta to the Black & White Accounting Team!

We are absolutely delighted to introduce Evinta Dapkunaite as the newest member of the Black & White Accounting family! Evinta joins us as our second Accounting Apprentice, bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and a passion for learning that aligns perfectly with our firm’s values.

A Passion for Growth & Development

Evinta’s journey so far has been one of hard work and adaptability. With experience in both the hospitality and retail sectors, she has developed excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills—qualities that will no doubt make her a fantastic addition to our team. Her background at The Runnymede Hotel, Primark, and Victoria’s Secret has equipped her with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks efficiently, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

After a brief spell studying Law at Royal Holloway University, Evinta brings a sharp analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail, both of which are essential in the world of accounting. Her commitment to precision and compliance will be invaluable as she embarks on this exciting new chapter of her career with us.

Why an Apprenticeship?

At Black & White Accounting, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth. Our apprenticeship programme is designed to support aspiring accountants in gaining real-world experience while continuing their education. As our second apprentice, Evinta will gain hands-on experience in the industry, working alongside our expert team to develop her accounting skills and professional knowledge.

Evinta has already shown an eagerness to learn, and we have no doubt that she will excel in her role. Her ability to adapt quickly to new systems, problem-solve efficiently, and work both independently and in a team will serve her well as she navigates the world of accountancy.

A Bright Future Ahead

We’re thrilled to have Evinta on board and can’t wait to see how she grows within Black & White Accounting. Her drive, attention to detail, and strong work ethic make her a fantastic fit for our team.

Please join us in giving Evinta a very warm welcome! If you see her around, be sure to say hello and share your words of encouragement.

Welcome to the team, Evinta – we’re excited to be part of your journey!
